Shipping
Where we ship
We currently ship across Australia only. We do not ship internationally.
Dispatch time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Victoria: 3–7 business days
- Regional Victoria and other states: 5–14 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times depend on your location, carrier schedules, and factors outside our control.
Carriers
Depending on product size and your location, we use:
- Direct Freight
- Australia Post
- Interparcel
We choose the most appropriate carrier for each order.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email (where available) so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, product size, and weight. Some products qualify for free shipping — this is noted on the individual product page.
Bulky items
For bulky items, you have two options:
- Pickup from our Knoxfield showroom — 3/103 Lewis Road, Knoxfield, VIC 3180.
- Delivery via courier — use our website's shipping estimator on the product page or in the cart to generate a shipping quote, which will be added to your order.
If you have questions about shipping options for a specific bulky item, contact us before ordering.
Authority to leave
For standard parcel deliveries, Authority to Leave (ATL) is applied by default — meaning the carrier may leave your parcel at the delivery address without a signature. If you require a signature on delivery, please let us know at the time of your order.
Delivery issues
- Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos so we can arrange a resolution.
- Lost parcels: If tracking indicates an issue or your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
- Incorrect address: You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Parcels returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur a re-delivery fee.
Returns
Our returns window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item
- Include photos and a description of the issue
- We will arrange return shipping at our cost
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll offer a repair, replacement, or full refund in line with Australian Consumer Law
For major failures, you may choose between a refund, replacement, or repair. For minor issues, we will offer to repair or replace within a reasonable time.
Change of mind
We accept change-of-mind returns, subject to these conditions:
- Return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item
- The item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in its original condition
- Return shipping is at the customer's cost
- Once received and inspected, we'll issue a refund for the product value (original shipping charges are non-refundable)
We do not accept change-of-mind returns on items that have been opened, assembled, used, or damaged after delivery.
How to initiate a return
- Email us at saandho@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason (faulty or change of mind)
- Photos, if the item is faulty or damaged
- We'll respond with return instructions and an address to send the item to.
- Please do not send items back before contacting us — unapproved returns may be delayed or refused.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
